What is the City's rule on litter and garbage?
According to City Ordinance (Sec. 24-3), the owner of any property within the city shall not allow an accumulation of trash, garbage, or rubbish that is or may become putrid, offensive, or detrimental to human health. Our goal is to ensure citizens live, work, and enjoy our city without concerns for public health and safety.
