What is the City's rule on unlicensed/inoperable vehicles?
According to City Ordinance (Sec 24-4), vehicles that are either unlicensed or inoperable can not stay on property for more than seven days without being completely enclosed (i.e. in a garage) or currently under repair by a licensed business.
