Adair County Annex

PRESENT:  Members:  Clayton Dillavou, Marty Jayne, Mari Macomber and Jim Novinger Ex-Officio: Stewart Blessing, Mike Bradley, Rich Morrow, Brian Todd; Staff:  None

ABSENT:  Rodger Bland, Scott Ellis, Gary Jones, Mark Laughlin and Jerry Smith

OTHERS PRESENT:  None

No quorum present.

Chairman Dillavou asked those in attendance to review the minutes for corrections or changes.

Dr. Kelrick rescheduled his presentation for the October meeting.

Chairman Dillavou encouraged members to participate in the upcoming Water Conservation Festival.  Handouts were provided by the Adair County Health Department and the Missouri Department of Natural Resources.  Brian Todd reviewed the list of organizations who would be participating in the event.

The group reviewed the Hazel Creek Mini Grant agreement.

The Commission concluded its meeting setting October 25 at 5:30 p.m. at the Adair County Annex as the next meeting date.
