(Kirksville, MO) -- Kirk Tran is the public transit system administered by the City of Kirksville, available to all citizens regardless of age or income. Kirk-Tran uses OATS busses and are fully accessible to all patrons.
Reservations may be placed Monday through Friday from 8:00am until 12:00 noon and from 1:00pm until 3:00pm. These times add one hour earlier and one hour later to the previous reservation hours. Reservations may be made by calling 665-8404 in Kirksville, and toll-free 1-877-666-KIRK (5475) outside of Kirksville.
Kirk-Tran costs one dollar per stop inside the Kirksville city limits and $2.00 each way outside of the city limits within a 15 mile radius of downtown Kirksville, Monday through Friday from 6am - 6pm.
Kirk-Tran is made possible by a partnership between the City of Kirksville, the Region II Planning and Coordinating Council for Developmental Disabilities, the Kirksville Regional Center, and OATS, Inc.
