Thank you for visiting the City of Kirksville’s website. I am pleased to be here to serve you as the City Manager. While working directly for the City Council, I oversee the responsibilities for the daily operations of our City, and the implementation of policies established by the City Council.
I am proud of the approximately 140 employees who serve the Kirksville community. Each of us is committed to our mission of maintaining and enhancing the quality of life for all residents. Whether you plan to visit or move to Kirksville, develop property in the City, have someone attending one of the Universities, or have another interest in our community, please give us a call or stop by.

The City Clerk’s office maintains the public records, and is available to assist and prepare copies of a public record, upon request according to the Missouri Sunshine Law.

Citizens interested in serving on a citizen committee or board, should contact the City Clerk. Appointments to the various committees and boards are made by the City Council.
The City Clerk accepts filings for City Council prior to the April election according to Missouri State Statutes. Please call for those dates.
