Wastewater Plant Improvement Proposal
The City of Kirksville is requesting proposals for the following project: FACILITY PLANNING, ENVIRONMENTAL PERMITTING, DESIGN ENGINEERING, AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT IMPROVEMENTS; Proposals clearly marked “Proposal for Engineering Services for Wastewater Improvements Project” shall be submitted to the office of the City Clerk, located at 201 S. Franklin St., Kirksville, MO 63501, until 4:00 pm, on Monday, August 16, 2010.
The City of Kirksville reserves the right to waive any irregularities in submitted proposals, to reject any and all proposals and to terminate the selection process at anytime if, at its sole discretion, it determines such action would be in the best interests of the City. All proposals arriving at the designated office after the deadline specified will not be considered and will be returned unopened.

City Hall Roof Hatch
The City of Kirksville will accept sealed proposals for Kirksville City Hall Roof Hatch #2 Bid at the Office of the City Clerk, 201 S. Franklin St., Kirksville, MO 63501, until 3:00pm, Tuesday, September 21, 2010. Copies of bid documents may be obtained from the Codes Department, 2nd Floor, City Hall, 660-627-1272.
A Pre-Bid Conference Meeting will be held at 8:30 A.M. on Tuesday, August 31, 2010 in the 2nd Floor Conference Room of City Hall, 201 S. Franklin St., Kirksville, MO 63501-3580.
