Arthritis Exercise Class
This class consists of low intensity movements to aid with the pain associated with arthritis. The Arthritis Class meets Monday through Friday at 12:00 PM all year long. Cost is General Admission.

Friends Aerobics Class
This class is tailored for Seniors with medium intensity, stretching and mobility...and of course plenty of socializing! The Friends Aerobics Class meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 1:30 PM all year long. Cost is General Admission.

Evening Aerobics Join the Kirksville Aquatic Center each weeknight for Evening Aerobics. This will be a medium to high intensity class and meets all year long. Evening Aerobics meets Monday-Friday at 5:30PM Cost is General Admission.

Deep H2O
For the summer season only- Join us for Deep H2O. This is a class packed with a great cardio burn and a lot of toning. Deep H2O meets in the deep end of the outdoor pool on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:00 PM during the months of June and July. Cost is General Admission.
