Engineering Technician

The City of Kirksville is accepting applications for the position of Engineering Technician.  Duties include routine and complex technical engineering related work in the design and management of infrastructure improvement projects. Maintains City maps and related data, assists departments and the public with engineering information.  Salary DOQ plus benefits.  Apply at the Missouri Career Center, located at 2105 E. Communications Operator

The City of Kirksville is accepting applications for part time Communications Operator.  Duties include receiving and dispatching emergency and service information to public safety personnel.  Hours include nights, weekends and holidays.  High School Diploma or GED required plus three years of office related experience.  Modular Training and Emergency Medical Priority must be completed within six months of employment.  No felony convictions.   Starting salary is $12.02 per hour (approximately 20 hours per week).  Training will take approximately 6 weeks/240 hours.  To apply please complete application, including resume and cover letter to the Missouri Career Center located at 2105 E. Lifeguards

The City of Kirksville is accepting applications for Lifeguards.  Applicants must successfully complete a lifeguard certification course, CPR and first aid training.  Applicants must be at least 16 years of age.  Hour and work days vary and include holidays, weekdays and weekends.  Rate: $7.35 per hour.  Applications are being accepted at the Career Center office located at 2105 E. Normal Street, Kirksville, MO.
