Automatic Telephone Notification System Cell Phone Registration

In February 2007, the City of Kirksville activated its emergency Automated Telephone Notification System (ATNS). This system is designed to provide mass emergency notifications to the public in real time. The system uses landline phones to notify residents of risks within their immediate area. The system can also contact cell phones, but the cell phone owner must register the cell phone number through the E 9-1-1 Center.

To register your cell phone with the E 9-11 Center, please fill out the form below, which will be emailed directly to the E 9-1-1 Director.

**All cell phone numbers will be treated as confidential and only be collected for the purpose of input into the ATNS system.**
