Municipal Court 

Municipal Court is a division of the Circuit Court of Adair County, 2nd Judicial Circuit.  Cases in Municipal Court involve alleged violation of City of Kirksville laws. If you received a ticket/summons for a municipal ordinance violation, you have certain rights and responsibilities.
