STREETS TEMPORARILY CLOSED FOR CONSTRUCTION

(Kirksville, MO) -- The City of Kirksville will be closing the following streets to through traffic at 6:00 a.m., Wednesday, September 8, 2010:

• Illinois Street from Centennial Street to Main Street
• Hickory Street from Centennial Street to Main Street
• Centennial Street from Missouri Street to Hickory Street

Construction on Centennial Street will continue from Missouri Street to Cottonwood Street through September 17, 2010. These street closures are due to storm drainage installation. We apologize for this inconvenience and request alternate routes be utilized during this time.

UPDATE:  Hickory St. will be closed between Centennial and Luther on September 14, 2010, for the concrete intersection to be poured – this will effect PM bus routes.  This section will be re-opened Friday, September 17, 2010.
