FRANKLIN STREET TEMPORARILY CLOSED
FOR SNOW REMOVAL

(Kirksville, MO) -- The City of Kirksville has temporarily closed Franklin Street between Normal Street and Patterson Street this morning, Friday, February 4. This street closure will allow the Public Works Department to remove snow along Franklin. Franklin Street will reopen at approximately 11 am this morning. We apologize for this inconvenience and request alternate routes be utilized during this time.
