Annual Children’s Halloween Carnival Scheduled for October 29

The Kirksville Parks and Recreation Department and the Adair County Family YMCA are hosting their Annual Children’s Halloween Carnival on Saturday, October 29. Children and their families are invited to come in costume for a spooking good time playing games and winning prizes. The Carnival will be held from 2-4pm at the Y. Admission is FREE!
