Tickets for Fall Broadway in the Park on Sale

Tickets for the Kirksville Parks and Recreation Department’s fall Broadway in the Park performance are now on sale at the Kirksville Aquatic Center. I Love You Because will be performed September 20, 21, and 22 at the Jackson Stables. The show will be a dinner theatre with food catered by Hy-Vee. Dinner will be served each evening at 6pm. Pre-sale tickets are on sale August 20-August 31 and are $15. General sale tickets are on sale September 3-September18 and are $18. Seating is limited, so please get your tickets early. Tickets may not be purchased at the door.

I Love You Because is a modern twist on Jane Austen’s Pride and Prejudice, set in New York City. A young, uptight greeting card writer’s life is changed when he meets a flighty photographer. Along with their eccentric friends and siblings, they learn to love each other not in spite of their faults, but because of them.
