HALLIBURTON STREET WORK CONTINUES

(Kirksville, MO) -- Halliburton Street continues to be closed to through traffic between LaHarpe Street and Hamilton Street. This street closure is due to continued street construction. The work is anticipated to be completed by October 14th. We apologize for this inconvenience and request alternate routes be utilized during this time.
