Franklin Street Pedestrian Project

The City of Kirksville was awarded a MoDOT Enhancement Grant for the Franklin Street Pedestrian Project.  The project is located within right-of-way already owned by the City of Kirksville along Franklin Street from the 600 block of South Franklin to the 100 block of North Franklin on the east side only.  Below are some recent photos:
