Sealed proposals will be received at the office of the City Clerk, Kirksville City Hall, 201 S. Franklin Street, Kirksville Missouri 63501, until 3:00 pm on May 24, 2016 at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Copies of the bid documents may be obtained from the Code Department (660) 627-1272. Deliver or mail sealed bids to City Clerk, 201 S. Franklin Street, Kirksville, Missouri 63501. Mark envelope in lower left corner "EDA Basement Incubator."
