The City of Kirksville will accept sealed proposals for the Glass Collection Facility (GCF-16-001), at City Hall, 201 S. Franklin Street, Kirksville, Missouri. Sealed proposals will be received at the office of the City Clerk, Kirksville City Hall, 201 S. Franklin Street, Kirksville, Missouri 63501, until 3:00 pm, Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at which time proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. Copies of the Contract Documents required for bidding purposes may be obtained from the Engineering Department, 201 S. Franklin, Kirksville, Missouri (660) 627-1272. Deliver or mail sealed bids to City Clerk, 201 S. Franklin Street, Kirksville, Missouri 63501. Mark envelope in lower left corner "Glass Collection Facility."
A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 2:00 p.m. on June 14, 2016 in the 2nd floor conference room of City Hall, 201 S. Franklin, Kirksville, MO 63501.

No bidder may withdraw bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the day of opening bids. All wages paid for work under this contract shall comply with requirements of the prevailing wage law of the State of Missouri.
