9/27/2016 - Police Department Parking Lot Renovations
The City of Kirksville will accept sealed proposals for PROJECT NO. M-16-002 POLICE DEPARTMENT PARKING LOT RENOVATIONS at the office of the City Clerk, 201 S. Franklin St., Kirksville, Missouri 63501-3580, until 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 27, 2016, at which time proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. Copies of the Contract Documents required for bidding purposes may be obtained from the Public Works Department, Engineering Division located at 201 S. Franklin - 2nd floor, Kirksville, MO 63501-3580 (660) 627-1272.
A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 20, 2016 in the 2nd floor conference room of City Hall, 201 South Franklin Street, Kirksville, MO 63501. All bidders are encouraged to attend the pre-bid meeting. Bid will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder, however the City of Kirksville reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
All wages paid for work under this contract shall comply with requirements of the prevailing wage laws of the State of Missouri.
