The City of Kirksville, Missouri Police Department (KPD) is accepting bids from experienced/professional/ qualified Mental Health Providers (MHP) for the provision of a one-on-one conversation/chat with all commissioned members of the Department. KPD will accept bids over the phone and/or in writing.
Bids will be received by Jim Hughes, the Chief of Police, 119 E. McPherson, Kirksville, Missouri 63501. The bids can be mailed, FAX’d (660-665-2346), e-mailed (kvpdchief@kirksvillecity.com) and/or submitted by phone (660-785-6945). The Chief will accept bids until 3:00 pm on November 4, 2016; at which time bids will be evaluated and any follow-up will be conducted.
