The City of Kirksville will accept sealed bids for the furnishing of water and sewer lines and miscellaneous parts and fittings, until 3:00 p.m., on Tuesday, February 14, 2017. All proposals are to be addressed to City Clerk, City of Kirksville, 201 South Franklin, Kirksville, MO 63501, and plainly marked on the lower left corner of the envelopes - Sealed Bid - Water and Sewer Pipe & Fittings. All bids shall be F.O.B. to the Public Works Complex, 2001 North Osteopathy, Kirksville, Missouri 63501.
