The City of Kirksville, Missouri, will accept sealed bids for the furnishing of one 2017, or latest Model, 1 Ton 4WD Pickup, until 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 28, 2017. All proposals are to be addressed, mailed or hand delivered to the City Clerk, City Hall, 201 South Franklin Street, Kirksville, Missouri; and plainly marked on the lower left corner of the envelope - Sealed Bid: Single Rear Wheel 1 Ton 4WD Pickup Truck.
Complete description of warranty coverage shall be included with the bid. The vehicle proposed for trade-in as part of the bid can be inspected by appointment until noon, Monday, February 27, 2017 at the Charles I Krueger Memorial Public Works Complex, 2001 N. Trade-in is to be priced separately and any trade-in vehicle may be withdrawn from the bidding process at the City’s discretion.
