Bid Notice
The City of Kirksville is accepting bids for the furnishing of a MASS NOTIFICATION SYSTEM and IMPLEMENTATION. Include a thorough description of the proposed system, its capabilities, provide product literature and a complete explanation of any exceptions to the enclosed specifications. Proposals will be evaluated based on cost, compliance with specifications, and vendor experience. An itemized cost breakdown for the system, implementation, training, necessary hardware, optional specifications, and one year of use shall be included. Provide pricing options for annual renewals for 5 years.
Sealed bids are due by Tuesday, May 30th, 2017 at 3:00 pm. Mail Sealed bid to City of Kirksville, 201 S Franklin, Kirksville MO 63501 and mark the outside of the envelope “Notification System”. Faxed or Emailed bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened May 30th, 2017 at Kirksville City Hall. No faxed or emailed bids will be accepted. Bids are to be valid for 90 days after opening.
