The City of Kirksville, Missouri, will accept sealed bids for the furnishing of one 2017, or latest model, full size sport utility vehicle (SUV), until 3:00 pm, Tuesday, May 30, 2017, at which time they shall be opened and publicly read.
All proposals are to be mailed or hand delivered to the City Clerk, City Hall, 201 S. Franklin St., Kirksville, MO 63501; and plainly marked on the lower left corner of the envelope - SEALED BID – #509 Replacement. Any bids received after the designated time of the announced bid opening shall be refused and returned unopened to Bidder.
All bids shall be F.O.B Kirksville, Missouri. The City of Kirksville reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any technicalities. Award will be made to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder for the selected alternate or base bid. No bid may be withdrawn after the time for opening of the bids is past.
