The City of Kirksville, Missouri will accept sealed bids for water treatment chemicals for the fiscal year January 1 through December 31, 2018 at the office of the City Clerk, 201 S. Franklin St., Kirksville, Missouri 63501-3580, until 3:00 pm local time on Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at which time proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud.
