The City of Kirksville will accept sealed proposals for DEPOSITORY AND BANKING SERVICES until 3:00 pm CST, Monday, July 2, 2017 at the City Clerkâs Office, 201 S. Franklin, Kirksville, MO 63501-3580. To qualify, proposals must be from full service banks that are Federal or State of Missouri chartered and located within the city limits of Kirksville.
