The City of Kirksville, Missouri is accepting sealed bids for NORTH PARK IMPROVEMENTS - RESTROOMS (CITY PROJECT PA-18-001A, LWCF PROJECT 29-01664), at the office of the City Clerk, 201 S. Franklin St., Kirksville Missouri 63501-3580, until 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 21, 2018, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All bids must be submitted on forms furnished by the City of Kirksville and plainly marked on the outside in the lower left corner "Sealed Bid: NORTH PARK IMPROVEMENTS-RESTROOMS". Copies of the Contract Documents required for bidding purposes may be obtained from the Engineering Department, 660.627.1272.
Federal Funds will be utilized in the development and construction of this project through Missouri Department of Natural Resources (MoDNR) Land & Water Conservation Fund (LWCF). All labor used in the construction of this project shall be paid a wage no less than the prevailing hourly rate of wages of work of a similar character in this locality as established by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations (Federal Wage Rate), or State Wage Rate, whichever is higher.
A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 7, 2018 in the 2nd floor conference room of City Hall, 201 South Franklin Street, Kirksville, MO 63501.
