The City of Kirksville is pleased to issue a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Engineering Design Services. A proposed second primary clarifier basin and equipment is included in the City of Kirksville's Facility Plan for its Water Treatment Plant located at 1900 Potter Avenue. The City wishes to identify a qualified engineering firm who can design this additional primary clarifier basin should the City determine the need to construct said improvement in the future.
Request for Qualifications will be accepted at the office of the City Clerk, 201 S. Franklin St., Kirksville, Missouri, 63501, until 5:00 p.m. local time on Wednesday, October 31, 2018.
