The City of Kirksville, Missouri will accept sealed bids for water treatment chemicals for the fiscal year January 1 through December 31, 2019 until 3:00 pm local time on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at which time proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. Specifications and bid forms can be obtained from the Public Works Department, located at 2001 N. Osteopathy, (660) 627-1291. All bids must be submitted on forms furnished at the office of the City Clerk, 201 South Franklin Street, Kirksville, Missouri 63501; and plainly marked on the outside in the lower left corner Sealed Bids - Water Treatment Chemicals.
