The City of Kirksville, Missouri will accept sealed bids for DOWNTOWN REVITALIZATION PROGRAM - FACADE PROJECT, PHASE I (103 W. WASHINGTON) PROJECT NO. M-19-001, at the office of the City Clerk, until 3:00 pm local time on Tuesday, March 5, 2019, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All bids must be addressed to: City Clerk, City Hall, 201 South Franklin Street, Kirksville, Missouri 63501; and plainly marked on the outside in the lower left corner: Sealed Bid - Facade Project, Phase I. Copies of bid documents required for bidding purposes may be obtained from the Engineering Department at 660.627.1272.
