The City of Kirksville is pleased to issue a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to seek qualified firms/providers of consultant services to complete a Comprehensive Plan. The City and our community partners utilizes several previous plans, while moving forward in the development of new plans. Copies of these plans as well as the current Comprehensive Plan can be found here and will be available for reference throughout the RFQ process.
Request for Qualifications will be accepted at the office of Chayton True, City Planner, 201 S. Franklin Street, Kirksville, Missouri,63501, until 5:00 P.M. local time on Thursday, March 14, 2019.
