The City of Kirksville, Missouri will be accepting sealed bids for MREIC INCUBATOR SPACE - PHASE II at the office of the City Clerk, until 3:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, October 8, 2019, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. All proposals must be addressed to: City Clerk, City Hall, 201 S. Franklin Street, Kirksville, Missouri 63501.
