The City of Kirksville will be accepting sealed bids for DOWNTOWN REVITALIZATION PROGRAM - FACADE PROJECT, PHASE VII (101 W. WASHINGTON) PROJECT NO. M-20-005 at the office of the City Clerk, until 3:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, October 6, 2020, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. All bids must be addressed to: City Clerk, City Hall, 201 S. Franklin Street, Kirksville, Missouri 63501. Copies of the Bid Documents may be obtained from the Engineering Department at sray@kirksvillecity.com or by phone at 660.627.1272.
A Pre-Bid meeting will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 22, 2020 in the 2nd floor conference room at City Hall, 201 S. Franklin, Kirksville, Missouri 63501. All bidders are encouraged to attend the pre-bid meeting.
