The City of Kirksville, Missouri is accepting sealed bids for Asphalt Cement, delivered to the City’s Asphalt plant (3310 Industrial Court) until 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 16, 2021 at the office of the City Clerk 201 S. Franklin Street, Kirksville, MO 63501. Bids must be plainly marked in the lower left corner of the envelope: Sealed Bid: Asphalt Cement.
