ST-22-002 at the office of the City Clerk, until 3:00 pm local time on Thursday, December 2, 2021, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. All bids must be addressed to: City Clerk, City Hall, 201 S. Franklin Street, Kirksville, Missouri 63501.
