The City of Kirksville is pleased to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to seek qualified vendors to complete narrative development and application development for a historic walking tour.
Request for Proposals will be accepted at the office of Mary Turner, City Planner, 201 S. Franklin Street, Kirksville, Missouri, 63501 until 5:00 pm Central Standard Time on January 21, 2022.
