Due to limited response & budgetary implications, The City of Kirksville is pleased to issue once again a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to seek qualified consultants interested in contracting with the City for the purpose of researching Kirksville history, ensuring historical accuracy, and valid narrative. The project will evaluate existing local historic stories and locations, researched for historical accuracy, and provision of narrative all to be incorporated into a historic walking tour using mobile application.
Request for Proposals will be accepted at the office of Mary Turner, City Planner, 201 S. Franklin Street, Kirksville, Missouri, 63501 until 5:00 pm Central Standard Time on February 7, 2022.
