The City of Kirksville is pleased to issue a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to seek qualified consultants to provide professional engineering services to complete a comprehensive wastewater collection system assessment and prepare a Wastewater Collection System Facility Plan.
Request for Qualifications (RFQ) will be accepted at the office of Adam Dorrell, City Engineer, 201 S. Franklin St., Kirksville, Missouri 63501 until 3:00 pm Central Standard Time on Wednesday, April 26, 2023.
