Osteopathy until 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 12, 2014; at the office of the City Clerk at 201 S. Franklin St., Kirksville MO 63501. All bids shall be F.O.B Kirksville MO 63501. Bid forms and specifications are available at the Public Works office and envelopes must be plainly marked in lower left corner: Sealed Bid - Rock Salt.
