The City of Kirksville will accept sealed proposals for DEPOSITORY AND BANKING SERVICES until 5:00 pm CST, Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at the City Clerk's Office, 201 S. Franklin, Kirksville, MO, 63501-3580. To qualify proposals must be from full service banks that are Federal or State of Missouri chartered and located within the city limits of Kirksville.
