Sealed proposals for COMPREHENSIVE IT SERVICES will be received at the office of the City Clerk, Kirksville City Hall, 201 S. Franklin St., Kirksville, Missouri until 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 2, 2014. Copies of proposals may be obtained from the Economic & Community Development Office, 2nd Floor, City Hall, 660-627-1224.
The proposal includes: MANAGEMENT OF IT INFRASTRUCTURE, SUPPLIES, AND SERVICE
Bids must be submitted on the bid form attached and signed as designated.
No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the day of opening bids.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities therein to determine which is the lowest and best bid. No award is final until formally approved by the City Council.
All proposals are to be addressed to the City Clerk, City Hall, 201 South Franklin Street, Kirksville, MO 63501. Bidders are to submit four (4) copies of their Proposal in a sealed envelope or package clearly marked with the Bidder’s name and 2015 COMPREHENSIVE IT SERVICES in the lower left-hand corner of the envelope, prior to 5:00 p.m., December 2, 2014. Any bids received after the designated time of the announced bid opening shall be refused and returned unopened to Bidder. SUBMISSIONS VIA EMAIL OR FAX WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
