The City of Kirksville will accept sealed bids for the furnishing of water and sewer lines and miscellaneous parts and fittings, until 3:00 p.m., on Tuesday, January 27, 2015; All proposals are to be addressed to City Clerk, City of Kirksville, 201 South Franklin, Kirksville, MO 63501, and plainly marked on the lower left corner of the envelopes - Sealed Bid - Water and Sewer Pipe & Fittings. Bid forms can be obtained by clicking link (bid form) or contacting the Public Works office at 660-627-1291. All erasures or alterations of any kind may be rejected as unresponsive. No proposal will be considered unless properly signed by the bidder, his legally authorized agent, or representative, with address, phone number and date given in the correct spaces provided. Only bids written on the Department=s bid forms will be accepted. By action of the City Council, the municipal purchasing officers are encouraged to select products manufactured, assembled, or produced in the United States of America.
