The City of Kirksville is accepting sealed bids for the Halliburton Street Reconstruction Project No. ST-15-003 until 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 14, 2015; and then will be publicly opened and read in the City Council Chambers, 201 S. Franklin, Kirksville MO 63501. Bids should be submitted at the office of the City Clerk, 201 South Franklin Street, Kirksville, Missouri 63501 in the envelope included in the bid document which is plainly marked "Halliburton Street Reconstruction."

A Pre Bid Meeting will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 30, 2015 in the 2nd floor conference room of City Hall, 201 South Franklin Street, Kirksville, MO 63501. Bid will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. No bidder may withdraw bid for sixty (60) days after the day of opening bids.
