The City of Kirksville will accept sealed bids for a 3 year hay purchase for 2015-2017, with option to renew, on some 17 acres more or less (includes 10 acres at the city’s closed landfill on Hwy 6 West and 7 acres behind old Standard Register Building on Industrial), until 3:00 p.m., on Tuesday, July 28, 2015, at the office of City Clerk, 201 S. Franklin, Kirksville, Missouri 63501. Bid forms and specifications can be obtained from the Public Works Department, 2001 N. Osteopathy, (660) 627-1291. Bid submitted should have "Hay Cutting" in the lower left corner of the envelope.
