The City of Kirksville will accept sealed proposals for BROOKE DRIVE BOX CULVERT REPLACEMENT, PROJECT NO. ST-15-004, at the office of the City Clerk, 201 S. Franklin St., Kirksville, Missouri 63501-3580, until 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 11, 2015 , at which time proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. Copies of the Contract Documents required for bidding purposes may be obtained from the Engineering Department, (660) 627-1272. A Pre Bid Meeting will be held at 9:00 a.m. on August 4, 2015 in the 2nd floor conference room of City Hall, 201 South Franklin Street, Kirksville, MO. 63501. It is not mandatory. Bid will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. No bidder may withdraw bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the day of opening bids. All wages paid for work under this contract shall comply with requirements of the prevailing wage law of the State of Missouri.
