The City of Kirksville is seeking a Contractor to provide inspection services covering the City's 0.4 Million Gallon Elevated Water Tank. Tank is located on the west side of Main Street, and north of Jefferson Street in the Downtown Business District. Tank is approximately 149 feet in height, contains approximately 0.4 million gallows in its bowl, and was constructed in 1954.
Proposals will be received by the City Clerk's Office no later than Tuesday at 3:00 p.m. on September 1, 2015, where they will be opened and read aloud. Only proposals received by the specified time and date will be recorded. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the Request for Proposal number and the Vendor's name and address indicated on the envelope.
