All bids must be F.O.B. the Krueger Memorial Public Works Complex, 2001 N. Osteopathy Avenue, Kirksville, Missouri 63501. All proposals are to be addressed to City Clerk, City of Kirksville, 201 South Franklin, Kirksville, MO 63501, and plainly marked on the lower left corner of the envelopes - Sealed Bid - Fire Hydrants.
