The City of Kirksville, Missouri will accept sealed bids for a concessions food supplier for the City of Kirksville’s North Park Complex and Aquatic Center concession stands at the office of the City Clerk, 201 S. Franklin St., Kirksville, Missouri 63501-3580, until 3:00 pm local time on Tuesday, February 16, 2016, at which time proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. Specifications and bid forms can be obtained from the Parks and Recreation Department, located at 801 E. Mill St., Kirksville, MO 63501-3580 (660) 627-1485.
