Freight On Board Pricing: Hot mix asphalt type BB, hot mix asphalt type BP-1 (no shingles), hot mix asphalt type BP-2 (no shingles), and 2016 Paving installation that is Estimated to be approximately 3000 to 4000 tons or more of asphalt surface (Includes Traffic Control): milling of existing street surface, milling of existing parking lot surface, hot mix asphalt type BB, hot mix asphalt type BP-1 (Virgin), hot mix asphalt type BP-1 (no shingles), hot mix asphalt type BP-2 (Virgin), hot mix asphalt type BP-2 (no shingles), hot mix asphalt type BP-2 (no shingles) for parking lots, Deep Asphalt Patch to 12” depth including removals, Manhole Adjustment, Mobilization is included for projects over 1000 tons: mobilization of milling equipment for additional projects under 1000 tons and mobilization of paving equipment for additional projects under 1000 tons.
