The City of Kirksville is responsible for the maintenance of the Forest-Llewellyn Cemetery, as well as the sale of plots. We retain all the available records and they are available online. To see the records follow the available "Cemetery Records" Quick Link.
On March 4, 2013, the Friends of Forest-Llewellyn Cemetery Committee was created by the City Council to assist in the restoration and preservation of Forest-Llewellyn Cemetery. To prioritize renovations, establish long-range maintenance plans to repair broken monuments, damaged statuary and collapsed tombs; replace dead trees; and renovate the entryway into the Cemetery.
